SLAGEL FAMILY FARM
Fairbury, IL
At Slagel Family Farm, they strive for quality rather than quantity. They work hard every day to bring their customers a healthy, consistent product with a taste they will remember. Their livestock are raised all-naturally in an outdoor environment. They are fed grain and hay raised on their own farm. In addition, no implants or hormones are used. Genetic emphasis for high marbling cattle and hogs has resulted in Slagel Family Farm producing beef and pork that yields tender, juicy cuts of meat. Consistent genetics are also very important to them so you as a customer will be satisfied time and again.
OTTER CREEK FARMS
Black Earth, WI
Otter Creek Farm’s Natural American grass-fed beef is just that. It's beef from cattle that came off pastures and they were never fed grain. They never feed their livestock grain, grain cubes, grain-based protein licks, cotton seed meal, brewers solubles, distillers solubles, or any of the other popular unnatural feeds that so many other producers can't seem to get along without. They are 100% organic. No hormones or antibiotics. They are meticulously and humanely raised animals. Meat and Poultry as nature intended.
W&M LAND CORP. AND NURSERY
Woodstock and Crystal Lake, IL
Erika and David go to great lengths to select varieties of fruits and vegetables that are not only top quality, but unique as well. They employ typical organic growing methods such as using only natural and organic products. They never use synthetic chemicals of any kind. Some of there methods are considered unusual such as their wood-eating guard tortoises and bug patrolling chickens!
GREEN ACRES

Since 2000 Green Acres has been raising bison the natural way on pasture. Their bison spend their days grazing at leisure as they would in the wild.
